Honeoye Falls-Lima Board of Education 2019-05-28

Tonight (2019-05-28) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls-Lima Board of Education (BoE).

The start of the meeting was delayed slightly, due to Gene (Superintendent). Apparently he was being evaluated by the BoE in executive session. From moods, I would guess the evaluation went well enough and we don’t need to look for a new superintendent quiet yet. Continue reading →

Honeoye Falls-Lima Election 2019-05-21

Today (2019-05-21) there is an Election for the Honeoye Falls-Lima School District. District residents may vote at the Board of Education room 129. Different location then past years, due to construction. The Board of Education room can be found on the west side of the High School, nearest doors are off Church Street. Honeoye Falls Village Board 2019-05-20

Honeoye Falls-Lima Election Pending 2019-05-21

As with most years, this years school vote is in three parts. There will be a budget for next year, purchase of school buses, and three positions on the school board. The vote itself will be happening Tuesday May 21, 2019 in the Board of Education room (room 129), which is across the hall from the B-Gym. Nearest doors are off Church Street. Make note of the different location. It’s in the same building, but on the opposite side of it.

Honeoye Falls-Lima Budget Hearing 2019-05-07

Tonight (2019-05-07) was the Public Budget Hearing and Meet the Candidates event for the Honeoye Falls-Lima School District.

Due to construction, this years budget vote will be in the Board of Education room on the west side of the High school. NOT in the foyer by the pool, like in previous years.

If you are looking for a more detailed breakdown, there is a detailed budget package available on the District’s website. To summarize: ~$50 million budget, with ~3% levy increase.
