      The evening of 2022-12-05 was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.       Action of the evening was site plan approval for addition/renovation at 140 East St.

      The evening of 2022-11-07 was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.       Primary item was approving demolition of the dilapidated house at 236 Monroe St.

      The evening of 2022-09-06 was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.       Topic of the meeting was increasing the builder imposed height restriction for Wolfsberger park, from 25 feet to 35.

      The evening of 2022-05-02 was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.       A pair of straightforward requests, both granted.

      The evening of 2022-03-07 was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.       The two applications were reasonable straightforward and both received approval.

      Tonight (2021-10-04) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.       There was one application and a few discussion points.

      Tonight (2021-09-07) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.       Last I observed this group was in May. Three potential meetings (June, July, August) since then. I know at least one (and I think two) of those were canceled … Continue reading →

      Tonight (2021-05-03) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.       The meeting itself was rather straightforward. The group gathered, requests were made, requests were approved. And for whatever it’s worth, I agree with the decisions the Board made.
