Tonight (2017-03-06) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Planning Board.
There was an unusually long agenda for this group. Usually it’s minutes plus two or three items. Tonight was minutes plus six. It was helpful that one of them (Hyde Park barn demolition) didn’t show up. And the first two (Peer street garage and Ontario street porch) were more formalities then anything else. Continue reading
This morning (2017-03-04) was a special meeting of the Honeoye Falls Board of Trustees, with the intent of reviewing the proposed 2017-2018 Budget.
In all fairness, this was a tentative budget and will be adjusted some more before being passed. So any detail may change, and should be taken with a grain (or more) of salt. Continue reading

Tonight (2017-02-21) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Board of Trustees.
By pattern, tonights meeting should have happened yesterday (Monday). But that was just one of a number of oddities tonight. Different day, different people, longer then usual, conference calls, much was unusual. It worked out, and I’m just glad I was able to Observe this meeting. Continue reading

Normally I don’t get to the Trustee’s meetings, as it is the same night as the Village Planning Board. But tonight there is no Planning Board meeting (no items for them to discuss), so I went to the Trustee’s meeting instead. Continue reading
