Tonight (2018-06-04) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Planning Board.
The only applicant was Miller Lanes, who were looking to add some outdoor seating for the restaurant side of the business. They mostly got approval in the end, but the discussion to get there was amusing at times. Continue reading

Tonight (2018-05-22) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls-Lima Board of Education (BoE).
The most interesting topic of the night, was also the last. Which was a shame, as by that point the group clearly wanted to call it a night. Continue reading
Tonight (2018-05-21) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Board of Trustees.
This was the first Trustee meeting since Charlie (Code Enforcement Officer, among other titles) has left us. His absence was felt. While there is always a degree of uncertainty on this side of the veil, I hope he is in a better place now. Continue reading

Tonight (2018-05-08) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls-Lima Board of Education (BoE).
While there were other agenda items, there was really only one topic tonight: The Safety and Security Review, in response to the threat of attack for Friday April, 27th. TLDR; There was no attack, nobody died. But that doesn’t mean there wasn’t an opportunity to learn. Continue reading
Tonight (2018-05-07) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Planning Board.
A number of Board members commented on how long it had been since they have seen each other. Last meeting was back in February, as nothing has come before this Board since. While three months isn’t the longest of times, it is nice to catch up after a time apart. Continue reading
As with most years, this years school vote is in three parts. There will be a budget for next year, purchase of school buses, and three positions on the school board. The vote itself will be happening Tuesday May 15, 2018 in the High School Lobby.
