Tonight (2021-07-19) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Board of Trustees.
While there was plenty of discussion on various items, what stood out the most to me was that Stan (Deputy Mayor) ran the meeting. Rick (Mayor) couldn’t make the start of the meeting, so joined in when he could. Life happens, we all make the best of it. Continue reading

Tonight (2021-07-06) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls-Lima Board of Education (BoE).
Worth noting, as the Governor had expired his executive orders, this was back in the Board room. Essentially the same as it was two years ago. The room had been remodeled, everyone has gotten a little older, but other then that more the same then different. Continue reading

Today (2021-06-26) was the graduation of the Honeoye Falls-Lima Class of 2021.
The ceremony was at Dollard Field (football stadium), much like last year. What a difference a year makes. Then we were in the midst of mass panic, now we are (hopefully) past that insanity. Regardless, I thought it was a very nice event today. Continue reading

Tonight (2021-06-21) was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Board of Trustees.
The area was without electricity for a few hours before the meeting (your mileage may have varied). To their credit, the group was prepared to do what they could without power. Thankfully power came back shortly before the meeting was scheduled to start, and thus it went along more or less as normal. Continue reading

Town property tax collection is done for the year. ~97% was collected. Now the County goes after those that didn’t pay (whatever that entails). Hopefully that doesn’t include you. Continue reading
