The big topic of the evening was mask mandates. This drew a crowd, which put the meeting in the cafeteria. It was also the first time I had seen the various support staff in person since… March of 2020? Whenever it was, it was a while ago. And the PTA had people there looking to increase membership. While there was plenty of discussion on various items, what stood out the most to me was that Stan (Deputy Mayor) ran the meeting. Rick (Mayor) couldn’t make the start of the meeting, so joined in when he could. Life happens, we all make the best of it. Continue reading
