Audio quality on the recording was not the best. Having been in the Lima cafeteria for meetings before, this did not surprise me. The acoustics in that room aren’t great, and there is a decent amount of background machinery. Continue reading

As the first of this years budget meeting, the format was different. Instead of budget before business, like in past years, it was some business, break for budget, then back to business. Time will tell if this is really an improvement, but I thought it worked well enough. Continue reading
