Tonight (2019-02-20) was a special meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.
The primary reason to meet was simple and straightforward: Moving the lot lines on the Carriage street (old GM plant) property. Separated the buildings on paper, for organizational benefits by the sounds of it. Another step closer to having new occupants in the empty buildings.
Minutes from the last Planning board meeting were also approved. Which was amusing, as there is no longer a Planning board.
And that was the agenda. I could ramble on about how I think it is mildly inappropriate to have a special meeting if there isn’t a real emergency, but I won’t. Everything appeared to be done appropriately, so I’ll sit on my person grievances.
And those are my Observations From Audience Land for the February 20, 2019 meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.
Agenda was not available anywhere I could find. Perhaps it will be on the Village’s website in the future, perhaps not…
