Biggest point of discussion was signage. While the Board did decide to table the topic, I think the discussion was good. Discussion seemed to focus around enforcement as much as anything else. But preserving freedom of speech was mentioned multiple times as well. We’ll see where this goes.
There was also discussion about climate smart communities. My sense of it here is the Board wants things a bit better defined before going too far with this. Which seems prudent, wouldn’t want an advisory board to run wild.
