The evening of 2025-06-09 was a meeting of the Mendon Town Board.
Apart from a particularly busy report during the Communications phase, was a rather quiet and straightforward meeting. Just the way we like them.
Two Public Hearings have been scheduled for the 7/14 meeting. One for a code change on temporary signs. And the other for residency restrictions for Deputy Town Superintendent of Highways. Which might make for an interesting meeting, as I can see some compelling reasons for and against each action.
As a prelude, there was some discussion about the signs. I believe the word used was ‘frustration’. Will be interesting to see what comes out of next meetings hearing.
And those are my Observations From Audience Land for the June 09, 2025 meeting of the Mendon Town Board.
