The evening of 2022-05-02 was a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.
A pair of straightforward requests, both granted. Must be that time of year, people are wanting to build accessory structures.
The first was for a garage. Back behind the house, and shrinking the driveway in the process. They brought their neighbor along in support. Something I don’t see that often, which adds weight to their request. After all, if the neighbors are in favor, it can’t be that bad.
Second was for a shed. Apparently the family has a woodworking hobby and needs more space to work/play. Just barely over the size requirement, a little smaller and approval would be unneeded.
After those approvals, there was some general discussion around the village. Nothing I can directly point to of note, but it serves as a nice reminder that Board members are people too.
And those are my Observations From Audience Land for the May 2, 2022 meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.
Online copy of Agenda was not available anywhere I could find. Perhaps it will be on the Village’s website in the future, perhaps not…
