Tonight (2021-04-06) might have been a meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.
An Agenda was produced, which had a link to a Zoom meeting. But the meeting ID was invalid, and the office was locked and dark. I suspect the meeting was canceled. Either that or it was another public meeting without the public.
Regardless, it was going to be an off pattern meeting. I think postponing to maintain pattern is the better option for Zoning. Special/Emergency meetings make a degree of sense for some Board’s, but the nature of Zoning has time built into it. Better to stick to predictability here.
The regular meeting would have been last night, but there was other activity in the Village office then. I remember in years past going from Annual Meeting to Zoning Board meeting. Sometimes downstairs, or in the Court room, or (if the Annual Meeting was quick enough) in the regular room. Always challenges to overcome, but it worked.
