Tonight (2020-07-22) was a special meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.
The meeting was reasonable short, and the Lower Mill received it’s approval for housing units upstairs.
Previous concerns about parking were resolved to the Board’s satisfaction. As were concerns about future reviewing of the use, as it sounds like the permit expires automatically if unused for sufficient time.
Denise spoke in favor of the plan, as part of it keeps the art gallery she is affiliated with in the mill.
And those are my Observations From Audience Land for the July 22, 2020 special meeting of the Honeoye Falls Zoning Board.
