Tonight (2020-04-20) was a meeting of the Mendon Town Board.
There was also a meeting of the Village Board. Ironically enough, even with so many things having gone online, I still can’t manage to observe two meetings at the same time. So tonight was with the Town. Maybe the Village recorded their meeting and I can watch it later. Probably not, but there is always hope.
Which brings us to an important point. The reason I was watching the Town was I had been asked to assist with managing the Zoom meeting. So I was more part of the meeting, then in the audience. As such, I feel it is inappropriate to share significant observations here. Don’t want to have an apparent conflict of interests.
Having said that, I’ll point out the Memorial Day parade/cemetery event has been canceled. Joining the long list of such items. Coincidentally, I’ll likely be taking a walk shortly before noon on the 25th of May. Maybe you will be too.
And those are my Observations From Audience Land (such as they are) for the April 20, 2020 meeting of the Mendon Town Board.
Link to agenda on Town website until they update it, losing the past.
