By pattern, tonight should have been the Village of Honeoye Falls Board of Trustee meeting. Instead, they have rescheduled for tomorrow, citing Martin Luther King Jr Day as a reason.
While I can understand the reasoning used here, I’m not particularly happy with the result. Namely that by moving the meeting date I will be unable to observe tomorrow’s meeting (as I will be elsewhere).
Not that I haven’t mentioned this in past years, and will likely do so again next year. It is a bit of an ironic way to celebrate this particular holiday.
And if the worse outcome from this rescheduling is my unhappiness, well that’s a pretty minor problem.
